PRACTICE #3 – THE YOGA CLASS

Yoga Practice

Today was a different physical training. Ms. von Wahl was kind enough to give a 90 minutes intensive yoga class. If you think it was an easy physical practice, you couldn’t be further from the truth. I had players complaining that they were feeling extremely sore, more than a regular football practice. It’s a great practice to improve stretching and flexibility. I was glad to see almost everybody there, just missing Suh-Young.
